What are your delivery times?
We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and materials.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. At this moment in time we are only delivering to our UK customers.
What is your returns policy?
Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
Faulty items only: If your item has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at musedbymus@outlook.com with your order number, photos, and a description. Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund.
Note: Colour variations due to lighting and minor fabric texture differences are not considered faults.

Please note: 'The Empress' product runs longer than standard sizing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time through our shipping partner's tracking system.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We take great care with every order, but accidents can happen.
